SUNSHINE

Hi I’m Nikiana Dorsey, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland and District of Columbia. I received my Masters of Social Work from Morgan State University in 2014 and have been a practicing clinician since that time. I also have 5+ years providing clinical supervision to social work interns and graduate level social workers pursuing licensure. My guiding principle is that intentionality to heal the innermost parts of ourselves radiates light and betterment into every aspect of our lives—personally and professionally.

 

“A Little Bit of Sunshine” was birthed from the passionate desire to walk alongside individuals in their journey towards growth and personal development as they find renewed hope for a brighter today and tomorrow. It is also my endeavor to aide emerging social work clinicians in developing effective skills to better guide their lives and practice in the mental health profession.
